Secure your product warranty

Every ChromeGuard product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Registering after installation attaches the warranty to your machine and site, and gives our team the details we need to support you quickly if anything goes wrong.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for 12 months from fitment or registration, whichever is earlier.
• Repair, replacement or refund of the affected product, at ChromeGuard's discretion.
• Not covered: major impact events, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised modification.

Making a claim

Tell us within 3 days of identifying the issue. Email warranty@chromeguard.com with the completed Warranty Claim Form (PDF), photos or video of the issue and the machine hours. If we need the product back for assessment, we will arrange for the return.
